AN ACT CONCERNING THE FINGERPRINT DATA OF TEACHERS.
To require the Department of Education to serve as the central repository of teacher fingerprint data and to share such data with local or regional boards of education for the purpose of reducing the number of times teachers are required to have fingerprints taken.
