AN ACT CONCERNING PILOT PROGRAMS AND GRANT FUNDING FOR THERMAL ENERGY NETWORKS.
To (1) require each gas utility company to establish a pilot program for the development of thermal energy networks, and (2) establish a grant program to provide funding for the development of thermal energy networks.
