AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A PEDESTRIAN ISLAND ON WHALLEY AVENUE IN NEW HAVEN.

To provide funds to the city of New Haven to reduce injury and promote safety and walkability on a widened area of Whalley Avenue where two pedestrians have been killed by motor vehicles.
