AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE BABY BONDS PROGRAM AND THE REDIRECTION OF FUNDS INTO THE EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION FUND.

To repeal the Baby Bonds program and deposit such funds in the Early Childhood Care and Education Fund for the purpose of developing early childhood programs.
