AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF CIVIL LIABILITY PROTECTIONS FOR FARMERS OFFERING AGRI-TOURISM ACTIVITIES IN THE STATE.
To require that the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, in consultation with the Commissioner of Agriculture, conduct a study relating to civil liability protections for farmers offering agri-tourism activities in the state.
