AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLAIMERS ON POLITICAL ADVERTISING.
To (1) disclose when registered lobbyists are featured on political advertising, and (2) require sufficient disclaimer text-to-background contrast on political advertising so that such text can be clearly read.
