AN ACT CONCERNING PLANS FOR DECOMMISSIONING SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS APPROVED BY THE CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL.
To ensure that owner or operator of any solar photovoltaic project be responsible for the decommissioning, removal and disposal of said project at the end of its useful life.
