AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE MYSTIC AQUARIUM ANIMAL RESCUE FUND.
To provide resources to the Mystic Aquarium Animal Rescue Program that enable it to rescue, rehabilitate and release marine animals in distress while advancing conservation educational and scientific research.
