AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF THE CRISIS INITIATIVE PILOT PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE STATE.
To require the Division of State Police to expand the CRISIS Initiative pilot program to all areas of the state in order to facilitate the use of community mental health and substance abuse services rather than incarceration.
