AN ACT REDUCING THE FEE FOR CERTAIN BUSINESSES FILING AN ANNUAL REPORT WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE.
To reduce the fee for certain businesses filing an annual report with the Secretary of the State from eighty dollars to twenty dollars.
