AN ACT CONCERNING THE MULTIPLICITY OF AFFECTING FACILITIES IN CERTAIN CENSUS BLOCK GROUPS IN THE STATE.

To require recommendations for revisions to the state's environmental justice law that would prevent the further citing of numerous affecting facilities in environmental justice communities.
