AN ACT CONCERNING THE COLLECTION COSTS OF STATE TAXES AND FEES.

To require each state agency to evaluate the collection costs taxes and fees administered and to eliminate any tax or fee for which the cost of collection exceeds the revenue received by the state from the imposition of such tax or fee.
