AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN HEALTH CARRIERS FROM REQUIRING STEP THERAPY FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS USED TO TREAT MENTAL OR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONDITIONS.
