AN ACT ELIMINATING THE FEE FOR ISSUANCE OF PURPLE HEART NUMBER PLATES.
To allow veterans, members of the armed forces and surviving spouses of such veterans and members to obtain number plates recognizing the Military Order of the Purple Heart at no additional cost beyond the cost to register a motor vehicle.
