AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC REPORTING OF INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS OR DISCHARGES BY RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES.
To require residential care homes to electronically report each involuntary transfer or discharge on an Internet web site portal maintained by the State Ombudsman.
