AN ACT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF BODY ARMOR BY FIREFIGHTERS, FIRE DEPARTMENTS, EMERGENCY SERVICES PERSONNEL AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS.

To allow firefighters, fire departments, emergency services personnel and emergency medical service organizations to purchase or receive body armor without meeting the transferor of such body armor in person.
