AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING SYSTEMS NEAR RESIDENCES.
To prohibit the Connecticut Siting Council from approving the installation of any solar photovoltaic generating facility within five hundred feet of any residence.
