AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAXATION OF PALLIATIVE MARIJUANA AND THE RETAIL SALE OF MARIJUANA.

To ensure that palliative marijuana is not subject to sales or excise taxes and legalize and tax the sale and use of marijuana by persons twenty-one years of age or older.
