AN ACT REQUIRING INDEXING OF INCOME THRESHOLDS FOR THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX AND THE QUALIFYING INCOME THRESHOLDS FOR PERSONAL INCOME TAX DEDUCTIONS.
To require that income thresholds for the personal income tax and qualifying income thresholds for personal income tax deductions be indexed to reflect the rate of inflation, using the consumer price index.
