AN ACT CONCERNING A CREDIT AGAINST THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX FOR MUNICIPAL VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND MUNICIPAL VOLUNTEER EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS.
