AN ACT INCREASING THE QUALIFYING INCOME THRESHOLD FOR THE PENSION AND ANNUITY INCOME DEDUCTION FOR MARRIED INDIVIDUALS FILING JOINTLY.

To increase the qualifying income threshold for the pension and annuity income deduction for married individuals filing jointly, to twice the amount of the qualifying income threshold for unmarried individuals.
