AN ACT CONCERNING MINIMUM EMPLOYEE WAGES FOR PROVIDERS OF STATE-CONTRACTED HUMAN SERVICES.

To require providers of state-contracted human services to pay employees a minimum of fifteen dollars an hour within available state appropriations.
