AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS FROM PAYING FEES FOR ANY MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE AND REGISTRATION.
To exempt active duty service members who were not residents of Connecticut at the time of induction from paying fees for motor vehicle operator's licenses and registrations.
