AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION TO REVIEW KENTUCKY'S GAMING LAWS.
To require the Department of Consumer Protection to review Kentucky's gaming laws and make recommendations to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to legalized gambling to provide for safe and responsible gaming in this state.
