AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF TWO ENVELOPES FOR EARLY VOTING BALLOTS FOR PURPOSES OF SECRECY OF SUCH BALLOTS.
To require the use of two envelopes for early voting ballots for purposes of secrecy of such ballots.
