AN ACT PROMOTING EQUITABLE ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE GUARDIANSHIP OF GRANDPARENTS OR OTHER RELATIVES.
To promote education equity by expanding higher education support for children under the guardianship of grandparents or other relatives.
