AN ACT PROTECTING EMPLOYERS WHO TERMINATE OR REFUSE TO HIRE AN EMPLOYEE BECAUSE OF A FAILED MARIJUANA DRUG TEST.

To insulate an employer from a civil action that is related to firing or refusing to hire an employee because of a positive marijuana test.
