AN ACT CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY SECURITY PROTOCOLS TO PROTECT ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION INFRASTRUCTURE.
To create a task force to study methods used to protect electricity infrastructure from acts of terrorism, attacks or natural disasters.
