AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION TO RESPOND TO APPEALS OF A CONSTRUCTION BID REJECTION WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS.
To require the Commissioner of Transportation to respond to an appeal of a rejection of a construction bid within fifteen days of receiving such appeal.
