AN ACT RECOGNIZING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AS THE AUTHORITY THAT DETERMINES ELIGIBILITY FOR RESIDENTS TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS.
To recognize that the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is the authority that determines eligibility for residents to keep and bear arms.
