AN ACT LIMITING SCHOLARSHIP DISPLACEMENT.
To prohibit institutions of higher education from reducing the amount of institutional financial aid or grant under the Roberta B. Willis Scholarship program awarded to a student as a result of such student receiving a scholarship.
