AN ACT REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF TAXES AND GOVERNMENT-MANDATED FEES ON SIGNAGE ADVERTISING THE PRICE OF GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL.
To provide that any signage advertising the price of gasoline or diesel fuel shall disclose the nature and amount of each tax or government-mandated fee levied or imposed for such gasoline or diesel fuel.
