AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR FARMS ASSOCIATED WITH NEW ANAEROBIC DIGESTERS TO PROVIDE NECESSARY CHANGES TO MANURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
To provide funding for farms associated with new anaerobic digesters for the purpose of providing the necessary changes to manure management systems.
