AN ACT CONCERNING THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE AND VOTING RIGHTS OF UNHOUSED INDIVIDUALS.
To require the Secretary of the State to develop a state-wide standardized policy regarding the voting rights of unhoused individuals and others without permanent residential addresses.
