AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE OF CASUAL CAR SALES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
To limit the liability of a person who sells a motor vehicle when the purchaser fails to register the motor vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles and is subsequently subject to a criminal investigation.
