AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMISSIBILITY OF STATEMENTS MADE BY A PERSON WITH AN INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY IN A CRIMINAL OR JUVENILE PROCEEDING.

To require that a statement made by a person with an intellectual or developmental disability, including autism, at the time of the offense be admissible in a criminal or juvenile proceeding.
