AN ACT CONCERNING ENFORCEMENT OF ADDRESS VERIFICATIONS FOR SEX OFFENDERS.
To modernize the address verification process for registry offenders to comply with the law by providing a call-in provision to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection when United States Postal Service mail is not accessible.
