AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES REGARDING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS STATUTES.
To cap the total reimbursement percentage a board of education may receive under the school building project grant program at one hundred per cent and to make revisions to the responsibilities of the School Building Projects Advisory Council to focus on school safety.
