AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR CERTAIN TAXPAYERS FOR PASSPORT TO THE PARKS FEES AND CONCERNING DONATIONS OF TAX REFUNDS TO THE PASSPORT TO THE PARKS ACCOUNT.

To establish a credit against the personal income tax for Passport to the Parks fees paid by taxpayers who are senior citizens, disabled veterans or register more than one motor vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles, and to add the Passport to the Parks account to the list of designated charities to which a taxpayer may contribute any part of a refund under chapter 229 of the general statutes.
