Archived - Birth to Three - Special Education Work Group

PA 19-184 - An Act Concerning the Provision of Special Education creates a work group to study and make recommendations concerning children who are no longer eligible for Birth to Three services and not yet enrolled in kindergarten. The legislative language designates a representative from each regional educational service center who is responsible for the provision of special education services for the center.
