AN ACT LIMITING RECOVERY OF CLAIMS FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONDITIONS.
To prohibit any health insurer from seeking recovery from a behavioral health provider for overpayment of a claim under a health insurance policy to treat any behavioral health condition, unless notice is provided to such behavioral health provider not later than two years after the initial claim for payment was received by such health insurer.
