AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT PILOT PROGRAM FOR HOME HEALTH AGENCIES.
To establish an internal assertive community treatment pilot program for home health agencies to improve the provision of effective home health care services to persons with a serious behavioral health condition and one or more comorbidities and the safety of the workers providing such services.
