AN ACT REQUIRING LOCAL REPRESENTATION AND PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS.
To require local representation on the Connecticut Siting Council and require local public hearings if a Siting Council proposal impacts a certain number of properties in a given municipality.
