AN ACT CONCERNING PROTESTED CHANGES TO MUNICIPAL ZONING REGULATIONS.
To specify that (1) a protest against a proposed change to zoning regulations shall be signed by fifty per cent of the affected landowners, and (2) such proposed change shall be adopted by a majority vote of the members of the municipal zoning commission.
