AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR MEMBERS OF VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE SERVICES.
To allow each town, city or borough in the state to negotiate health insurance premiums with members of such town's, city's or borough's volunteer fire department or volunteer ambulance service.
