AN ACT CONCERNING THE WAIVER OF CERTAIN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
To authorize municipalities to waive requirements concerning the construction of sidewalks in certain areas in exchange for contributions into a fund for the construction of certain pedestrian infrastructure.
