AN ACT CONCERNING THE QUANTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS FROM NET-ZERO, DECARBONIZATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE MANDATES.

To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to itemize and quantify the specific environmental benefits that all net-zero, decarbonization and ESG mandates will secure, the scientific evidence of such benefits and their direct and indirect cost to businesses and taxpayers.
