AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE STATE HISTORICAL COMMISSION AND REQUIRING THE COMMISSION TO DEVELOP A PROCESS FOR ADDING STATUES TO THE STATE CAPITOL.

To develop a process for identifying and commissioning additional statues for the exterior of the State Capitol that reflect the diversity of the state, require the development of a plan for exterior placards and other signage around the State Capitol building and to establish the State Historical Commission.
