AN ACT REQUIRING THE REPEAL OF AGENCY REGULATIONS WHEN PROPOSING TO ADD NEW REGULATORY PROVISIONS.
To simplify the regulations of Connecticut State Agencies by requiring any agency proposing to add a new provision to its regulations to also repeal two existing provisions of its regulations.
