AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN MOBILE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK OWNERS TO SUBMIT QUARTERLY REPORTS CONCERNING FIRE HYDRANT CAPACITY.
To require certain mobile manufactured home park owners to submit quarterly reports to the Department of Consumer Protection disclosing the progress such owners have made in increasing the water capacity and flow of fire hydrants located on such owners' mobile manufactured home parks.
